Sandy was absolutely what we needed, highly recommend. We are do-it-yourselfers that needed plans up to code. She worked with us and came up with game changing ideas to best use our spaces to add value to our house. We had her do our main floor and unfinished basement plans. Now we can renovate with confidence knowing that we are up to code. A fraction of the cost from all other quotes from designers that tried to up-sell us on their services and wanted us to use their sub-contractors. Because we are doing the work ourselves, we didnâ t need that. Perfect fit, because design layout and permit drawings is what she does! We had numerous floor plans to choose from and then she worked with us to fine-tune it through the revision process to exactly what we were comfortable doing. She exceeded our expectations--DIY dream come true and MILITARY friendly!!

We were so fortunate to find Sandy. She provided permit drawings for our entire basement finishing (currently only roughed in). She is also very careful and accurate; she actually measures (no laser pointer measures) so no surprises. I think we achieved the maximum usage of our space, and for a very reasonable price. She was a pleasure to have in our home - she seems like an old friend.
