12/11/2015 I noticed my hot water heater leaking. I called Mark approx. 2 p.m. for help. Mark and Jeremy were already on a job and let me know they would be here when they could. They came to my rescue. Very professional, courteous and caring. Excellent job guys! Also they were very respectable in my home not to create a mess or any further damage. Thank you Mark and Jeremy. Highly recommend this company.

Mark and Jeremy were prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. Mark is clearly an expert, he was able to diagnose and repair two problems (a broken pipe and a failed PRV) to quickly get our water flowing again. I will absolutely hire them again for any future plumbing needs.

Had to do a lot of digging, found that the double back valve at the corner of house was buried, defective and leaking. Very happy w/ work performed, will call Mark again if other additional plumming problems surface

Our water line had a crack and it was repaired quickly.

Seems like he really knows what he's doing, but was very unprofessional with booking and communication. He put off original date , and then demanded I call HIM to confirm the night before the new date, and when I did he told me he had booked something else. The whole time he treated me like it was a big imposition since he's so busy, and he was doing me a favor, even though his rate was not low. He obviously is in high demand and just doesn't care. Lacking common manners like "hello" and "thank you". Really, 5 stars??? I believe he is a very good plumber skill wise, he just has a bad attitude.

Lots of information over the phone. I was perplexed by the situation. Gave me a guesstimate over the phone, so I knew what to expect. They took care of the permit business. (That I didn't know I needed). Offered to hook us up to a neighbors home, so we could have water. Very friendly

Mark Law, came to my house promptly, diagnosed the problem and gave me the most reasonable bid. He was there and completed the job just as he said he would. I found Mark to be a man of his word, someone hard to find these days.

Mark was so great! He came to our rescue right away to fix our outdoor plumbing problem. Anspach Plumbing was much more affordable than other people I had called around to. He did such a wonderful job I hired him to fix our leaking toilet several weeks later. I no longer need to look for a plumber, I have one for life!

Anspach Plumbing did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and charged the price they said they would charge. Can't ask muh more than that.

The work was performed within the quoted amount and completed within a few hours. An excellent job done. He came prepared with all the tools necessary for the job and know what he was doing.

Mark worked very hard with the city goverment to get approval to work near a tree on the property. His experience the bureaucracy was valuable.
