Antenna Time

Alex was thorough and did a great job on the install. With the antenna he recommended I get both Philly and NY local channels - he even came back ( under warranty) to try and determine a small problem with one channel. He's the man for the job - I believe. Fully insured and safety is evident - I would recommend him for sure !

He removed the old antenna and mounted the new one. That's when the issues started. When he finished, I got 0 channels. I was told that my preamp was bad and I should remove it. After he was paid and left, we removed the preamp in the attic and wired the antenna directly directly to the TV. We then got a few channels but there was reception issues. We called him 3 times in the next 2 months to repair the install. We assumed the issue was the connection block at the antenna. When he never showed up we called another installer. There were several issues. The Balun was never locked in, so there was no connection. We told him to leave extra cable - we supplied the cable - because there is a rotor. He did not, so the cable snapped. He never secured the cable so it was putting a strain on the balun. This was the most amaturish job I've ever seen. We gave him 2 months to correct it, but he ghosted us. Do not us Antenna Time

Quick reply, quick appointment and great service AAA+++

Very detailed and knowledgeable, tough installation on a steep roof, ran the coax through my house to the basement and back up to my TV. I now have 106 channels over the air and don't need cable TV

Reached out to install a roof-top antenna and Alex was available in a couple of days with all necessary equipment. He noted upon arrival that the high power lines at the nearby ridge might pose a problem, but he was optimistic. After installing the antenna, he tested and confirmed that several major channels weren’t coming through because of the high power lines. After some further testing and experimenting, he took the antenna down at no charge. Very helpful and transparent.

He responded quickly, arrived on time, had all the equipment needed, was professional, thorough, and everything works beautifully! Couldn’t be happier!

Very knowledgeable and dependable. So glad to find someone who knew his trade well and a great job.

Great Communication. Arrived on time and did a great job. Very reasonable prices. Thanks

Very helpful. Very nice and efficient man. Worked quickly and carefully. Can't say eough about having a good experience.

Alex was great. Showed up when he said he would, did the work quickly and seems to be done correctly. I get the channels I want and finally cut the cable cord. Any additional things I want I can get by getting a streaming service. I would highly recommend Antenna Time for anyone wanting to get rid of the cable company. What a pleasant experience!

Excellent, swift service. Removed our old antennas, gave helpful roof advice, and was friendly, knowledgeable, and the consummate professional.

Have used him before would use him again.

Alex did a great job replacing my old, failing antenna with a new one. The placement wasn’t easy but Alex persisted until everything was working to his very high standards. Plus the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Excellent job by Alex.

The pro was just that, a pro. Experienced, on time, reasonable price and professional job.

I needed my Starlink dish replaced when it failed due to a defect. It was way up on my roof. Alex came out quickly, on time, and replaced the dish and aligned it. I was back up and running in no time. Very professional, competent and a gentleman. Will use again if my Starlink fails in the future

Alex was very professional explaining the process of installing the antenna and aming for optimum channel reception highly recommend and Thankyou Again. Lewis

He arrived early, and did a great job in remounting my TV antenna. I believe the picture quality is better than it was before. Highly recommend amd would use his services again if needed.

Experienced at Starlink antenna installation; knew how to figure out where to put it and get it oriented correctly. Also very tidy work.

The last company i used for my antenna install did not install it properly. They used an existing rusted mount that was used for an old weather station. During the last storm the antenna basically blew away from the mounts and was dangerously dangling. Alex came the next day after I called and reinstalled on a Saturday for me.

Alex did a great job, he communicated all along the way and made sure it was done right and we were happy with his work. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough.

Alex was on time, professional and thorough. Would definitely recommend him.

Al was very professional. He was on time for the appointment. The process took two hours. He explained the installation. Everything was cleaned up before he left. He even removed my old dish satellite antenna. Overall he did a great job.

Alex showed up and did an awsome job upgrading my OTA antenna. I immediately saw a better picture and hardly any digitizing. I highly recommend Antenna Time.
