When our HVAC system shut down early in the winter storm, we called the HVAC company we have used for over 20 years and had difficulty getting a response. We saw that AC Gentleman had great reviews on-line, so I called Anthony. He first walked me through several potential issues that I could check on to see if they would help. When the weather cleared 4 days later we finally heard from our HVAC company and they came to our house and gave us a quote to replace our HVAC system for about $17,000. Anthony called and came immediately to our house and tried to get the system to work, and then identified the problem and gave us a quote that was well below the other one and could also replace the system the next day. We chose AC Gentleman and the quality of work and also their service level was a big improvement over our past experiences. AC Gentleman is our HVAC company now.

Extremely informative and timely. Heater was on the fritz and he got running fine without any parts needed, just needed a specific part cleaned. He also serviced unit and checked thermometer. Would highly recommend.
