When you review the overall cost, professionalism, timely work, clean up. To include everything else this company did. I would highly recommend this company and would hire no one else.

Hired them to restore the house on a one-time settlement for water damages. Essentially a blank check. Gave the manager the full list of what was to be removed, he came out I told him everything that was going on. A couple of weeks go by the guy finally delivered a quote. (mind you my house has water damage and nothing can start until I have all quotes in) he delivered a bare-bones quote about things to replace nothing itemized. They start the work after the cleanup crew dried out the place. That crew (not Anthony john) did a great job with the estimate, it ended up being very accurate with what was removed, so in theory, Anthony john would have an easy time replacing what they should have already quoted me for. As it turned out they had vastly underestimated the replacement work that should have been done. And then they proceeded to replace what they quoted with subpar materials and craftsmanship. They used painters tape to attach a cheap carpet pad to the existing carpet pad in the middle of the hallways and rooms the first time, and had them replace the pad the second time, but they still cut the pad down the Center of the rooms and did not take out jagged edges so there are places in the hallway without padding under the carpet now. Trim work was also sloppy and unpainted with large gaps and rough splices. They had a nail in the center of a doorway and places where the carpet ended before the trim. I honestly got so sick of dealing with them. The bottom line is if you need something fixed right these are not the people. They could have easily eaten the cost of a bad quote and done it right, but they stuck with doing the wrong thing repeatedly. Drywall was the only thing that turned out halfway passable.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
