Landscape Design Service
Signed contract on 7/14/11.Project is still not completed & Manuel won't return any of my calls for the last month.There are many issues with the work:no landscaping paper in half of the rock so there are already weeds.Some of the sprinkers are not functioning properly. Part of the grass is dead.I paid for colored concrete curbing and they only colored part of the concrete curbing.Trees were not staked as promised.Manual promised time & time again that all would be taken care of including replacing the uncolored curbing.There have been problems that had to be corrected many times throughout this project.This has been very poor quality work!

Manuel and his crew went above and beyond my expectations for this project. Very eager to please and give the customer not oly what they want, but additional ideas for future projects as well. We will certainly be calling Manuel back for additional work in the near future.
