The project was completed to their satisfaction, which they confirmed in writing, and they received insurance checks totaling $18,845.56. They also signed a waiver stating, ?I/We do not wish to comply with the recommended procedures.? No complete payment was ever made to us, and there was no neglect or wrongdoing on our part. To our current and future customers: we take pride in completing quality work the first time and communicating clearly throughout every project. Our team focuses on completing each project professionally and keeping clients informed. We have seen an increase in insurance claim denials and challenging interactions from insurance companies, which can create additional stress for homeowners. While these situations are outside our control, we do our best to support our customers as much as possible throughout the process."
