Mark Anthony Sosa Roofing did an excellent job on my patio roof! They use high-quality materials and Mark came and met with me personally after they were finished to make sure I was satisfied. Anthony Sosa roofing came in on budget and on time. They did a good job from what I can tell. The house is over 155 years old. The product that was used is silicone. We have not had any real rain yet so time will tell. Sosa roofing also gives a ten year warranty with products we purchased. The owner was overseeing the worksite. When asked to touch up some paint on the house he was happy to do that. I will use Anthony Sosa roofing for the next roofing job I have. Highly recommended. Very helpful, accommodating and patient during the insurance claim process via the mortgage lender. Then the job was conducted in a very quick time. Make sure both sides have a clear understanding of the building codes and final outcome, so that there are no surprises at completion.

They did what they promised

Mark was totally proffesional as he went to school and was trained in what they call a TPO roofing system that has a warranted lifetime application.. The system was installed and all the gutters adapted and replaced. He also did some extras as stucco and made sure every thing was repaired and cleaned.

He was meticulous, making sure everything was done right. He was also was creative with installing in the valleys. I'd hire him again.
