Very disappointed with our experience. We hired this professional specifically because we needed guidance and expertise preparing an area for an above-ground pool. Unfortunately, the area was not properly leveled, resulting in a noticebale difference in the water level from one side of the pool to the other. There are also very sharp rocks poking through the liner on the bottom. We were never informed that additional material should have been placed over the crushed rock before the pool was installed. We hired someone specifically because we expected to be properly advised on the correct preparation, and that guidance was not provided. As a result, we now have to take the pool down, hire another professional to correct and properly level the area, reinstall the pool, and refill it. This has created a significant and completely unnecessary inconvenience and additional expense for our family. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this service.
