RUN, do not walk, away from Anthony and Sylvan. I do not know how this company is still in business. The 9 months it took to build our pool was an absolute nightmare. Extremely poor communication and totally apathetic attitude from everyone involved with the process. They do not even try to hide the fact that they simply do not care. And it does not get any better once your pool is complete. We went through 3 project managers, each one worse than the last. Our current PM, Gabriel, fell off the face of the earth. I can not stop laughing at the reviewer who called him quote, hands down the best project manager ever. Must be a family member. We have been trying to get in touch with him since the end of March with no response to phone calls, voicemails or texts. We finally gave up on him. I managed to get ahold of our construction scheduler, Cynthia, who agreed to help me with our punch list of items that still need repair (our pool deck is cracking and peeling off after only 3 months, mismatched paint on our stucco pool skirt, broken flagstone/grout around the spa). I sent her photos and the punch list items, and she assured me she would get these scheduled for repair and they were booking out about two weeks. Well, that was a month ago and not only have we not had any repairs done, she has gone MIA as well. I have emailed and left several voicemails with no response. I have tried calling Dan, who is listed as the General Manager for San Antonio, multiple times and the phone just rings and rings and rings, no answer and no voicemail. For days now, I have tried calling just about every single phone number listed on the website for San Antonio, Austin and Houston and LITERALLY NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE. I would not recommend A and S to my worst enemy. Just awful.

A/S did a great job keeping us updated. They also were helpful in trying to figure out the best plan for our house. The whole experience has been good. The job is not completed yet still trying to see. How the whole experience will be.

The project took 10 weeks and expectations were set for 6-8. But the quality of the effort outscored the initial timeline expectations. Once they had a permanent project manager on the project it went smoothly and all questions were answered in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable compared to others in the area and the set up and training was very inclusive. I would highly recommend them but go in asking a lot of questions and eyes wide open.

They were professional, courteous, and thorough. They have been around for a while and we had friends who had used them before. We hired them and they did a great job They stand by their product and are patient. We don't have anything negative to say about them. We recommend them to anyone.

I have compared my pool my to neighbor's pools and the process was flawless. They were very responsive. They even closed it for free this year and gave us a free cover. They gave us a lot of extras for free. Customer service went out of their way to help us. A good value compared to others. We are very happy with them.
