This company always answered my phone calls, which was most important to me. I was on a really short time crunch to get this project done in time before my settlement of selling my house and I'm so pleased with the price and how quickly they got the job done. I spoke with 6 other asbestos companies and at least half of them told me they could not remove it from the ductwork, the ductwork would have to come out all together, which i didnt want spend money on new ductwork. Anthony Villani was able to remove the asbestos from the ductwork and did it for the best price. Thank you guys so much!

Hired to remove asbestos tape from duct work. They are certified and did a thorough job, cleaned up well, and left everything in great condition. Very satisfied with the work Bill did and he was accommodating and professional. Their quote was also several thousand less than the other company quoted and did the same work at the same level of certification. Highly recommended! Scheduling was a bit difficult but overall very satisfied.

The dangers of asbestos are of special concern to me as I have lost two close family members to asbestos cancer. After I found asbestos insulation in poor condition on ducts in the old house that I am restoring, I thought that hiring a professional to remove it would make the area safe for me to work. The total amount of asbestos was small, but it was located in a few tight areas in a basement and crawl space. This company did not live up to the high ratings and good reviews reported on HomeAdvisor. I cannot recommend hiring this company for the following reasons. 1. The company told me that a local contractor would perform the job at my house. However, the contractor lived 4 hours away! He was in a hurry to get the job done so that he could get back on the road. He only spent 2 hours at my house when I thought that I had paid for a day's work. HomeAdvisor had three approved companies that were interested in the job, and the two that I did not hire were located within a more reasonable distance from my house. 2. The contractor was not thorough in eliminating all asbestos. I estimate that about a quarter of the existing asbestos was left behind, mainly on the back side of the ducts where it was less visible and accessible (but no less lethal). The contractor said that he could not get it all, so he sprayed an encapsulant on the contaminated areas to lock down any loose fibers. However, I do not see any evidence of a coating, not even a clear film. The "encapsulated" asbestos is still loose and flaking, and I am not confident that the health hazard was mitigated. In addition, I found remnants of asbestos insulation on the ground underneath the ducts (some that was scraped off and some that had fallen off in the past). After the contractor left, I found a small pile of asbestos (which apparently fell out of the trash bag) and a wire brush caked with asbestos left in my yard. 3. The proposal said that negative pressure containment and HEPA filtration would be used on the job. I did not observe any containment being used. All the contractor did was spray the asbestos insulation with water and then clean the duct surface with a scraper. I can do this myself and am now doing it out of necessity (with proper safety precautions) as I continue to encounter asbestos that was not removed from the areas where I need to work. Dexterity, perseverance, good lighting, and proper tools are certainly required to get the job done, but I cannot speculate what was lacking during the professional removal process as the contractor seemed to be qualified and conscientious. However, a professional should know where asbestos is lurking and do what it takes to make it safe with no need for follow-up by the homeowner. There were other problems working with this company such as intercommunication failures between their planning and scheduling departments that delayed the project by 2 weeks, but to me this is minor compared to leaving potential health ri

Totally professional from start to finish. Made an appointment and the man came out took measurements and I was given a price within 24 hours. I felt the pricing was very reasonable and scheduled the removal process. Vadim was the company representative that performed the removal. He was courteous, thorough and did an amazing job! Because I could not be in the area as he removed the asbestos and then the containment process, he took pictures of every step and showed them to me once the work was completed. Clean up and removal was terrific!! It took about 7 hours to complete the project and Vadim worked through the entire timeframe. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone based on the level of service I received. If you get Vadim assigned to your project, consider yourself in good hands and very lucky!
