He install the new part then he took the new part out and re-stall the old and took it with him. When I contacted him he acknowledge he did remove the new part but gave no reason why. He also said he will re-stall the new part after he comes back to fix the other problem!

"Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry if you misunderstood what our tech was doing. He put the old part back because you may only need one part that will need to be ordered. We can put the part that was replaced back, but if you only need one and not both then we prefer not the charge our customers for things they do not need. We were told that you had to speak with others before moving forward if you will in fact need both parts. He said that a brand new product (thermostat) was defective, was not defective. he did not knew how to hooked it up.

Basing the review on the first tech, about my experience. It is horrible. I live in a community of townhomes. Which another town home shares the same building. The tech arrived at the town home with the same building number, to only be informed he had the wrong address. Proceeds to the leasing office (which was closed) sat there did his notes and went home. Keep in mind, he gave me a quote of around 1900. I called 1941 to check on ETA, to be told the tech is not answering his phone and to schedule an appointment for the next morning. The tech did not even make an attempt to call to get assistance to getting to my place. This is so frustrating that I have to sleep another night uncomfortable. Hopefully the tech that comes out tomorrow at 0730 will make a better attempt at fulfilling the companys commitment.
