He did not do his job and he tried to get extra money out of me, he should not be serving people, he is not qualified, has no integrity, takes advantage of the senior citizen, and tries to charge me for something that is warranted.

It was the worst experience with an AC company. I hired them through our insurance company and it me feel days to get an answer for them to show up. Technician was not experienced and came couple of time just figured out the compressor was bad. After they told me we will replace the whole unit they waited more than a week to report it to insurance company with all lies. I have been without AC for over two week cause of their reckless and inexperienced staff. I am filling a complain against their license. DONT HIRE THOSE LIARS

"Hello. I am sorry you feel that way. Unfortunately because of the home warranty insurance policy and guidelines and coverage sometimes it does not favor the homeowner. We do not know exactly who you are but we know we give the diagnosis report to home warranty and they tell us whether there gonna replace it or not. We have no control over the decision and coverage of the home warranty and policy. Sometimes we can figure out the problem fast and sometimes it could take a couple trips to fully diagnose and find all the problems. Our service to you was based on what the home warranty wanted us to do for them and what they will let us do as well."

"Hello David. We were there over a month ago and rebuilt your entire dual sided gas wall furnace. The parts were more than the pilot cost of $35. We replaced the gas valve and pilot and tubing and repaired a gas leak. If we did not repair it right it would of never worked from the beginning. The fact that it lasted over a month spells out that we did the job right and you had heat over a month. You also never called us back to make adjustments or further repairs which is sometime needed. That is what our 1 year warranty is for. Instead of calling us you decided to put a bad review on our page and we do not deserve that. We will fix it for free"

I am extremely impressed with Anthony's! The customer service was excellent, both in-person and on the phone, and he came the next business day to fix our broken AC. He thoroughly explained everything about the estimate and what they would be fixing, and went the same day to get the part needed, so everything was basically fixed within a few hours of the initial estimate. Service was prompt and excellent, and most importantly affordable (he gave us a better price than the competitors). I couldn't be more pleased!

Anthony did a great job venting my gas dryer to the outside. He made sure that the ducting inside the garage was securely fixed to the wall and looked professional. The dryer vent (which is right by my front door) is hardly visible. If I ever need someone again for HVAC, I will definitely call him again.

I contacted Anthony's Reliable to get a second opinion on my heater unit. It was easy to get in touch and schedule an appointment that met my time restraints. First impressions: Tony showed up on time and was courteous. Tony communicated clearly and was able to address my concerns in layman's terms so I was able to easily follow along and understand. He expressed his professional opinion and gave me a number of options to choose from on how to resolve my issues. Tony should have been my first choice. Now I know, should I ever have any issues regarding heating or air, Tony will be my first call!

I made so many calls to other companies in the area and they wasted my time with sales pitches. Anthony's Reliable were very straightforward and friendly. Ultimately I picked them because they were the LOWEST QUOTE out of the 3 companies that came out. Not only did they install my new energy efficient unit on time. They even remembered to wipe their feet and close the door (I have two cats) every time they needed to re-enter my home! Everything from their manners to their skill sets made every penny worth it!! They were kind enough to inform me that they also install and repair water heaters. If I ever need anything done on any of my major appliances, without hesitation I will hire Anthony's Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning!

One of Anthony's employees (Vincent), showed up as scheduled. He checked out the a/c system, told me what the problem was, he told me what he needed to do to fix the problem, quoted the price to me. When he was finished he told me, and showed me what he did. He again checked the operation of the a/c, showed me the temp of the output, vast improvement. I was very happy, will use Anthony's again if ever needed. I would highly recommend Anthony's.
