I had a problem with my leather,reclining loveseat. Ginger and her son in law arrived the next day and took the item to their shop, fixed it and returned it that afternoon. It was great and Ginger even repared the worn leather areas. The charge was very reasonable. Ginger is experienced and eager to do a good job
