I highly recommend Antola Service. When I first called Marcos about several violations on my property, he assured me not to worry because everything could be resolved. We started the permitting process, and today I give him a huge thumbs up. Thank you—now everything is up to date. We passed the inspections, and I am very happy. Marcos was very attentive, always concerned, and present during the inspections with the inspectors. If something was missing, he always recommended what needed to be done, and above all, he maintained excellent communication. Thank you, Marcos. Very profesional.

I had a problem with the unit I bought that didnâ t have the permits to do the renovations that were required. I hired Mr Antola to deal with the city and repair any things that were needed to do to correct any code violations. Mr Antola from the very first day told me not to worry he would take care of it. You couldnâ t hire a more caring and honest person and five stars just isnâ t enough

Mr. Antola is very knowledgeable about residential renovations and was able to guide us thru the complex world of permits and construction the right way. His approach to problem solving allowed him to hold excellent communications with employees, inspectors, and us as customers thru the whole process. Patience, care, sincerity - priceless! For these reasons I rate value for the money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Marco is not cheap. But he is fair. No surprises, no stress, no disappearances. I had been renovating this condo 2 1/2 years by the time I met Marco. And it had been hell. Over the past year Marco has removed and replaced drywall and heavy marble wall tiles where electrical and plumbing by others was done incorrectly, installed beautiful glass pocket doors where between the original GC and glass supplier it was as if the right hand didn't know what the left was doing, and corrected a litany of careless work from paint splattered on windows and frames to Legrand soft touch light switches burnt out by faulty wiring . While it is always best as an owner to be on-site and available, let me say that Marco would make that approach more valuable than ever. He likes nothing more than to interact with the owner, think things out carefully before starting , sometimes get creative, and be patient. Do NOT expect him to fly through a job just in time for the holidays. Or just to get paid. Be prepared to be patient yourself, and not because he doesn't show up - he always does - but because five star completion is just as important to Marco as it is to his client. By the way now, I myself do not equate "five star" to perfection. There is no such thing, but enough with philosophy. It is work done as well as acompetent, honest, and punctual person can reasonably be expected to do it. That is what I have finally received, here in Miami, at last.

Mr. Antola was extremely professional and on time.The projects have not started yet, but this contractor came in on budget. I highly recommend this contractor.

I will highly recommend Antola Handyman Services very professional. He did an excellent job.

I will caveat this review by saying I live out of state and have not personally seen the work, but a friend who acted as my representative said the work was excellent and they were very easy to work with. They had the problems fixed within a couple of days. I would will use them in the future without hesitation if I need handyman services again.
