Antonio's Handyman Services - Unlicensed Contractor

Hi! I wanted to share an experience we have had with a local contractor, Antonio's Handyman Services LLC. We hired him to build a fence for us at a house we bought. He completed the job. The top was even and beautiful. We walked around and saw a huge gap between a post and the house. He was happy to fix it. When he completed the fence and we did the walk through with him the grass was taller and it appeared to not have any gaps. After we moved in and cut the grass it became clear pretty quick that there were a couple larger gaps at the bottom where our dog could get it. We put blocks there and didnâ t think much of it. Fast forward 3 months our gate is not lining up and canâ t shut properly. The fence is coming apart from the posts He covered up 4 sprinklers that we had to have moved We have had to replace 6 boards already We contacted Antonio. He said that he would come out and fix the gate and the post ( pictures below ). We scheduled a time, he rescheduled. That day comes he rescheduled. On this last appointment he didnâ t show up. We want to share because we thought that we had done our due diligence. We were referred to him by a couple of people on here, saw glowing reviews on task rabbit, but were left with a mess. We tried to give home multiple chances to fix the issue, however he never made good on his promise. That is the only reason why we are sharing our story. To help prevent this from happening in the future to someone else.

Antonio is a great handyman. He is always here on time and does an excellent job. He always cleans up after his job. He has been working for 15 years.

It took longer than expected but it was well worth the wait.

He's honest and reliable.

This guy is really good. He did everything we wanted. I am happy with all the parts of his job. He did the work carefully and professionally.

Antonio is very knowledgeable of a variety of home repairs and improvements from plumbing to work-working, electrical to fencing and more. He does an excellent job, has all the needed tools, is neat, clean, fast and sees the small details that many miss.

He just installed flooring and did some painting. He's efficient and meticulous very nice to work with, I was so proud I found him!

Antonio has been working for me for 12 years. He has done various projects for me: tile maintenance, plumbing, drawer organizing, painting and refurbishing a patio cover. He can pretty much do anything. He does an excellent job and is very reliable. He is also extremely clean which I appreciate so much. I would highly recommend him.
