Security or Storm Shutters Installation
I hired them on August 30, I paid a $1200 deposit. It is now September 23 and I have had no contact from them about status or anything else. I left them an e-mail - no reply. I left 2 phone messages, no answer, and no reply. I now assume that they have ripped off my $1200 deposit. They cashed my check on August 30. After my review I heard from them today, they have not forgotten me nor are they going to cheat me. I was pleased to receive a response &Home Advisor works. My only negative is they need to respond to their e-mail and or phone messages. That would have prevented my negative post and eliminated my worries, as I expected something from them, status, and or information for my HOA approval.
