The plumbing pro, Russell, who came to our home was fantastic. He diagnosed our problem and completed the work by the end of the day. He was knowledgeable and cleaned up before he left. I will definitely use Any Hour again and endorse their work.

Well the first electrian had some knowledge. They had to come back out fix the work of the first one. The second one had a attitude, he was late. Really didn't have an idea what to do with the switch. Kept on texting somesomeone figured he was texting about me, since I mentioned to him that he really didn't have a clue. He said that my Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough for the wireless device. Funny thing is that the wireless device is mounted downstairs in the storeroom. Then he said that it was a bad device. I had him try two different devices both were bad by his standards. So I am him put in a conventional switch. He left and left a switch exposed. The moral of the story is that I got screwed for $ 250.00 and the work was not finished.

The electrician was very pleasant and helpful. The need turned out to be minimal (circuit breaker tripped but the knob didn't show the trip until after the outside temperature, where the box is located, rose considerably). The electrician was helpful and not at all condescending. He needed to enlarge a hole through which to put the electric cord to the outlet and he had the right tool. He also gave me tips about future needs that were very useful. The charge for the service was reasonable. My dissatisfaction was with the prolonged time for service to be done. I called on Dec 14 but the service could not be done until Dec 21. The morning of Dec 21, I got a call to say the work could not be done until Dec 24 due to over scheduling. They tried to fit me in on Dec 22 but I had a funeral to go to, thus the further delay to Dec 24. At least they did not charge me holiday or weekend rates. I don't know if this delay was due to the holiday season. I was not given that information. The only reason I might consider using this service again is that the electrician was very pleasant, seemed knowledgeable, and the service charge was reasonable--at least for this job.

Very good work... I was impressed by how they made sure they cleaned up as they went along. They made special effort to cover things like carpet, counters and areas where work debris good stain or mark carpet and counter tops, as well as ceiling tile
