My computer has no sound, which was the problem that I wanted Tom to repair. He was nice and cooperative but not able to solve my problem. The only solution was to buy a new computer, which was more than I wanted to spend. Was hard to believe that the sound problem could not be fixed. I still hired him for a years worth of computer maintenance. and to help set up my new computer. This review is a little pre-mature and may change.
