Oscar is an expert in his trade and goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. I have hired him twice to do maintenance/ repairs, and once to install a new furnace. I'll be using him until he retires. I've always been happy with his work, pricing, and responsiveness, and trust him to keep our home comfortable and efficient.

Oscar and his crew (Anything Heating and Cooling) were very respectful, and the install went well. There were some equipment availability issues due to Covid that led to hardware swaps. He stuck by his quote, and I paid a little extra without pressure. Six months later, due to incorrect wiring, the aux heat still does not work. Oscar came out once and sent another worker, and I still do not have any heat if the temp drops below 30 degrees. I had to hire another contractor to fix the botched install after Oscar stopped responding. He stopped returning calls or called to apologize multiple times and still never showed up. He even changed his phone number. The brand new Nest thermostat and main relays were all fried on a high-end bosh system because of a faulty install. In the end, he did not make it right. I do not like making bad reviews especially in these tough times, but Oscar and his company forced my hand.

anything heating and cooling owned by Oscar S is fast and efficient. I called Oscar to find the problem i couldn't in my swamp cooler. It was grinding metal to metal making a loud noise. I checked everything myself. loosened the belt to dampen the noise. Called Oscar who was on an install. He came out early the next morning. Found the problem I couldn't and fixed it. He started to leave. He didn't want any money. "It only took ten minutes!" I forced forty dollars on him. Can you believe this. I need a new furnace this summer. I'll call Oscar.

I had them come out to service our swamp coolers. They scheduled my appointment for within 2 days of reaching out to them, they were on time, and they did a great job of getting everything working well. It was great having Adam’s help and we’ll be sure to work with Anything Heating & Cooling again.

I hired them to perform an annual routine maintenance. Oscar arrived on time and quickly determined that I had a low level carbon monoxide leak (25 ppm). Shut off the gas and explained I needed a new furnace because my heat exchange was cracked. Adam and two additional assistants were at my house within two hours to remove the old unit and then Oscar arrived with the new furnace shortly after. The entire process took approximately two hours. These guys were amazing. Extremely professional and efficient. Amanda the office manager was very friendly and professional as well. I would most definitely recommend this company. If it wasn t for Oscar, my grandson and I wouldn t be alive today. The carbon monoxide leak would have killed us!!!

Very fast and efficient crew (Adam, Mike and Oscar). Greatly appreciated! Very professional Managers (James) as well as their electrical crew. The aprillaire 800 is outstanding, pricey but works very well.

Moe, the estimator , did a wonderful job of reviewing what I had, and where my HVAC should be. Service was prompt and efficient.

Last-minute scheduling conflicts with the contractor resulted in having to reschedule my appointment twice, but eventually the contractor was able to perform the service, and the customer service rep was friendly and helpful. My first impression of Aire Serv is good, but I have a followup spring furnace/AC appointment pending so we'll see how that subsequent appointment goes. In the meantime, I would definitely recommend obtaining a bid from Aire Serv for anyone seeking service on a residential heating/AC system.
