I PAID FOR ALL OF THE MATERIALS ,INCLUDING 8 PELLA WINDOWS AND A NEW FRONT DOOR WITH A SIDELIGHT, BOTH WITH LEADED BEVELED GLASS INSERTS. LOUIS AND LAURA AUBREY COLLECTED FULL PURCHASE PRICE, QUOTED 20 DAT WINDOW FOR WORK COMPLETION, EVEN COLLECTED KANSAS SALES TAX.THEY DIDNOT ORDER THE DOOR.SIDELIGHT AND WINDOWS, DECLARED BANKRUPTCYANDCOMMITTED FRAUD. THE QUALITY OF WORK PERFORMED WAshorrendous.left my home in a complete mess. Took $5,000 worth of drapes to have dry cleanedandLaura Aubrey washed my DRY CLEAN ONLY 100% RAYON LINED DRAPES andcompletely ruined, promised to replace,along with the valance. Rods they destroyed. I am still in the process of cleaning up their disaster and will end up costing meanadditional $10,000 in addition to the $5,000 they outright stole for the windows and doors. EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE— REFERENCES CHECKED OUT, BUT THEY WERE PROBABLY NOT GENUINE CUSTOMERS.THEY HAVE FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY BUT IF A CONSUMER OR HOME OWNER RUNS. INTO LOUIS AUBREY. IN THE FUTURE, RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS DECEPTIVE LIAR WHO REPRESENTS HIMSELF AS A FORMER MARINE AND HIS PERSONAL MOTTO IS “SEMPER FIDELUS”

Basement Remodeling
Hired Louis in July to finish a basement. Paid him $47,000 (with only $1800 left to go) We have only just finished the drywall and mudding and some casing. We have had multiple delays and over 130 working days behind an estimated 40 days. Nothing but multiple issues and excuses for work not being performed. To top it off, when I asked he and his wife Laura for items purchased for my project, they ignored the question. I asked 3 times and they haven’t responded to the question going on 3 weeks now. We are worried sick our money is gone. Others have reached out to me with similar issues.
