I hired Roy to repair a fridge, I gave him a deposit of $300.00, they could not fix the appliance and they said they would refund me $150.00 and I have not received it, I have been waiting for the refund since June, we have sent them 2-3 text and a couple of phone calls, still no check

They came out within 24 hours. The problem was assessed and determined to be a repair that should be covered by warranty. My next step was to call the manufacturer to have one of their approved technicians handle the replacement.

Came in time frame promised to view noisy, non heating, clothes dryer. Checked on part which he would have the next day and would install the next afternoon. Installed parts at time promised. Seven clothes loads dried at this point and dryer heats as good as new and is very quiet.
