Called me right away. Came at the appointed time. Did the job for the cost estimate. Very thorough and pleasant.

Quoted the 1-spring price despite asking for 2-spring replacement. Promised to price match and then refused to when on site. Didn't tension the door properly (causing it to be too heavy) and broke the opener. Then tried to sell us a new, more expensive opener. Then had to argue with their office managerâNO, ABSOLUTELY NO customer service when the the mistakes were made. Then they strung me along about a refund. Once they agreed to the refund , had to wait for their "accountant" to process a credit card refund. Still waiting to see the refund.... Had to have another company come and fix their mistakes.

They fixed our garage door quickly when we thought we were going to have to replace it. I only gave a 4 overall because they didn't arrive in the time frame specified and chuffing didn't let us know they were running late.

The company got confused on the appointment. I called after waiting alittle while. I rep showed up and took a few minutes to aligned the sensors and program my keypad and another remote. Took about 20 minutes and he charged me more than I expected for that level of work (well over $100).

I had a hard time reaching them, they didn't show up for the appointment on time, the garage door doesn't work, the door was supposed to be custom ordered but it was a normal door that had been spray painted and is now chipping, and they were extremely rude.
