Ordered a 15ft faux wood door with windows on May 27th of 2021. The customer service is absolutely horrid. I have to constantly check in on my doors delivery status. They should be contacting ME. We are now 44 weeks waiting on our door. I receive pathetic responses as to its delivery date. Was just recently told that it has no current delivery date. Asked about getting a different door and was told the price would be double. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

It is not finished. They still have to come back and do the work. All we have done so far is identify the problems.

Disappointed they didnt add outside handle for door. Was told we would get the same door, and I assumed handle would also be included.

They put forward the better quote in comparison to other folks for the EXACT same garage door. Jed, the worker who replaced the door, was super courteous, friendly, and quite a work horse. He replaced the door all on his own and paid attention to the fine details. All contact I had on the phone with the service ladies was super friendly and helpful as well. Good work overall! Everything you read about Roy and this company is absolutely true. Roy is as honest as the day is long and he is an expert at fixing broken springs. I was on my way to an appointment and the spring failed. Ashley was able to get Roy out the same day which I appreciated because my car was trapped in my garage. He is so knowledgeable and kind. Wait till you see my review of the new garage door they will be installing. The other reviews are true. I was quoted double and triple the price Roy could do it for me.
