Bad news. Stay away from this contractor. Disrespects you and your property. Had to have tile floor redone. 1/2 if it was done by someone who had never tiled or grouted before and it showed. Uneven tiles, grout where it shouldn't have been, no grout where suppose to be. Conned me into needing new gas line fixture ($95 upcharge). After it was finished it was sticking out from the wall. The closest the stove could go was almost 4 inches from wall. Had to have another contractor to inset it correctly. All new appliances and Old ones scratched up. Parts removed from new dishwasher. New plumber asking me where the parts were ...... Took old gas range out of house. There was nothing wrong with it. Someone could have used it. They took all burners and front knobs and plate off. When I asked who did that, no one knew anything. They wasted at least 20 kitchens tiles using them as cutting boards to cut other tiles. I saw owner 1 day for about 2 minutes. I kept thinking things would get better but they didnt. Workers came and went thru out the day or never came at all. I could go on and on. Just heed me. Stay away from this business.

Home Owner is a liar. This is only half the story from a DISHONEST PERSON. There was 1 person on site with no expierence an apprentice there other 2 had 13 years and 15 years. Gas line was leaking, over 15 years old, plumber would not hook up as NOT CODE! New appliances were bought by homeonwer, We have pictures to show NOT A SCRATCH when we brought into house. Tiles have to be cut to fit, average is 10% watse and we came it a 7%. Jennei tried to hire employees to do the work behind comany back so could get work done cheaper. This home onwer is a liar, plain and simple.

Tyler's Renovations was not the cheapest or most expensive, but the quality of work done on my floors, base boards, and bathroom was exceptional and worth the price. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were quick to let me know when an issue arose during my renovation. I appreciated the patience and honesty exhibited by Ty and Frank towards my 1000 questions and indecisiveness at times. I would use them again.
