Anytime Inspections is ready to perform your home inspection, 4 point, and Wind Mitigation Insurance reports for your new or existing home. I treat your home as If it's my home. I am a licensed FL Instructor and teach Home Inspector's in Florida, In addition, I have over 1200 inspections performed, I am a Certified Master Inspector. I know what is necessary to provide you with an in depth understanding of the home you are purchasing. I explain with VIDEOS & Pictures and terms you can understand, what I am doing and answer your questions. The written report you receive is comprehensive, includes video, and photographs for easy reference of needed repairs. You will not find yourself waiting as the report, it is emailed over to you that evening. You are the client, and I work for you. I want you to be happy with your inspection, be informed about what you are buying, and enjoy your home for years to come!!

John, the owner of Anytime Inspections is worth his weight in gold! He found 47 action items during our new home inspection of what we thought was a very well maintained home. He was very punctual and meticulous. He located rusty nails in the roof of the garage that could have turned into serious leaks and water in the walls due to a crack in the stucco. We hired him to come back to do the follow up home inspection 3 days before closing and we are very thankful we did- He confirmed what repairs were done satisfactory for our peace of mind. He quickly caught what was improperly repaired that saved us thousands as we insisted they were repaired correctly before we would close.
