John, the owner of Anytime Inspections is worth his weight in gold! He found 47 action items during our new home inspection of what we thought was a very well maintained home. He was very punctual and meticulous. He located rusty nails in the roof of the garage that could have turned into serious leaks and water in the walls due to a crack in the stucco. We hired him to come back to do the follow up home inspection 3 days before closing and we are very thankful we did- He confirmed what repairs were done satisfactory for our peace of mind. He quickly caught what was improperly repaired that saved us thousands as we insisted they were repaired correctly before we would close. I absolutely recommend John for 1st time inspection and strongly suggest you bring him back for the follow up inspection before closing. Your're awesome John- Thank you so much! Rachel- Tampa
