Anytime Plumbing & Electric

Were to replace all cpper pipes in my house. Paid them to do so...still have copper pipes they did not replace and they will not come back to fix faucets that do not work right. Lied to me about fixing these problems and about having a years warranty on all his work!

Spoke with Tony on a Sunday afternoon and we had a back up into the house in both bathrooms. He said he would be there in 30 to 45 minutes and arrived 35 minutes after calling me. He scoped out the project and analyzed everything. He found the septic tank and dug it up founsd that roots had gotten into the discharge pipe that spillled into the septic tank. Removed clump of roots amd snaked out our pipes and we were back in great shape after Tony finished approximately 40 minutes after he arrived at our residence. Very reasonable rate especially as it was a Sunday afternoon Tremendous job and superior competence No need to go anywhere else.

Mr. McCloud is outstanding. Responds quickly and tells it to you straight. He charges fair rates. I tried to tip him and refused it!

they got there when right to work clear clogged drain made sure it was ok i will used them again they did a great job

He came early, which was great for me, did the work in a timely manner, was very good. He needed parts so he went and got them. He explained everything he did. AWESOME JOB!

Back in late Feb I had Billy S. come to rotoroot our toilet for not flushing. The line was clear so blockage was not the problem. It turned out there was a venting issue. He came back after a few set dates and put in a vent. Mind you he wanted this visit under the table away from his company and in cash (I said no to cash) We still have issues to this day and he has not made any effort to make good on the money spent for nothing.

They are doing a good job and showing up on time. They are very polite and considerate of the renters. Love that they do a variety of things and don't have to call other pros to do other jobs.
