Quite fast and efficient. Arrived on time, matter of fact early, which was fine. Very respectful. Notified me of flaws that were there prior to his work so that we would know was not done by him. Product was exactly what we wanted. Very satisfied. I am recommending to other family members and friends.

Missed appointment, never called. Finally came out. Never sent written estimate, showed up at door without prior arrangement. Only good thing... fixed the problem eventually. Customer service terrible.

Unreliable. I had taken a day off to be available when they needed. They did not show up at the time specified, did not call until 3 hours after time specified, then scheduled for an hour later, Did not show that hour and did not call until 1/2 hour after that. Then sent someone else. It cost me a vacation day and $175 to snake a toilet. The person sent did not even want to look at my second problem. So I have to get another Plumber out for that.

George was great! Unlike many, he spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem at no charge. I only had to pay if I agreed with the price. After I agreed, he gave me the choice of having the job done on Friday evening (on a holiday weekend) or coming back on Saturday morning.
