At first he cleaned up my pond. Then he had workers who failed to show and so pool went bad and he had me drain it even though I expressed my worry about the lining And in front of witnesses he said not to worry because he would make it all right. Pool was drained and cracked in several places. His attempted repair was ugly nit safe for skin and did not seal properly. He filled pool. His worker announced that he could not get the pool to look better because water was seeping underneath. I got very sick with covid and did not notice the worker failure to appear. I call Matt many time. The first time a worker who I had been giving the money to stopped showing up Matt had not known. This time it was weeks of my texting and calling to a full mailbox and then we no longer service that area. Without warning service had stopped and pond has grown. I asked several times for him to use his bond and insurance to restore my pool to health, safety, and added value for the house. I now have an unhealthy swamp and dr creased home value. He has knowledge for clearing up a pond.
