Tom and his crew installed two massive mirrors in our gym. He was able to take measurements over the phone, order the mirrors to be cut, provided flexible scheduling for install, and installed the mirrors in a renter friendly manner. Thank you! The gym looks great.

I was very pleased with their work. He was honest, and cleaned up the area very nicely. I love the new windows, I had 4 replaced. I would recommend them to anyone. I will call again if I need any more windows replaced. He did an excellent job . He is highly recommend by me.

Not long after the installation of the new windows, I noticed condensation forming between the panes again. Mr. Ferrell came out with his teenage son (who he is training and doing most of the work) to apply a sealant to the outside of the window to prevent the rainwater from seeping in. The sealant was applied very sloppily and looked unprofessional. I asked for it to be smoothed out. I was told that they would be back the following day after it dried to clean up the assess sealant. Unfortunately, they never returned. I reached out again via email after a couple of weeks because I noticed the same issue reoccurring. And I also expressed my unhappiness with the sealant job that they did and that I would now have to pay someone else to correctly apply a sealant to the windows. I was told by Mr. Thomas Ferrell Sr. he stated I do not appreciate the tone of your e-mail. Do what you have to do Update 8-16-2021---> This is an update from my Jun 2021 review. Thomas Ferrell came promptly to measure the window and just days later he installed the new glass. He did an excellent job and I would hire him again. I also would recommend him.
