AP Painting

We hired (AP) Angel to fix a ceiling that was damaged by a water leak. He replaced and repaired materials in a quick and timely manner. Very professional. Ceiling looks like leak damage never occurred. Very happy with the results. I will rehire him for future projects.

I hired Angel to patch a ceiling where a skylight had been removed. Even using a bright light, I was not able to see where the patch was. Angel covered all the furniture in the room before beginning the job and cleaned the work area and returned everything it itâ s original location before leaving. I will call on AP Painting again.

Actually called to check if he could come earlier than scheduled. Was professional and nice. I plan to contact him for future projects.

Angel Perez and his team worked on a home renovation for me. Flooring, drywall repair, re-texturing, paint, base boards, doors and painting, complete bathroom, lighting. It was beautifully done. His prices are reasonable, he works quickly, pays attention to detail. He makes good suggestions for what works and takes the initiative to go above and beyond. He is very versatile handling a wide range of projects. I will hire him again.

Very honest and was very reasonable on price. He also went above and beyond and touched up some other minor repairs without being asked. I will ask them back for future projects.

Angle did a great job on the repair. No questions on what was or was not included. My only suggestion is that Angle communicate better with clients on when he is arriving.

This was a great experience! Came out looked at the project, gave me a fair price and not only showed up on time for the job but went beyond the quoted work to make the trim all match and look great. Patched hole in Ceiling and matched a very difficult texture than recaulked the downstairs baseboards and exceeded all my expectations. If you need work done you can trust AP painting!

Being in the middle of a flooded area, he responded that day, met with me that day, and completed the project the next day.

I must apologize to Mr. Perez for the long delay in sending this review. He responded to a quote request for a sheet rock repair, provided an estimate, based on photos I texted him, came out and completed the job in a prompt and professional manner. He completed the work quickly, and when finished, my wife couldn't tell where the damage had been. So, I got two rewards - a new "go-to guy" for painting and home repair, and a hug from my wife! ;-) I will highly recommend AP Painting to any friend.

They were prompt, worked consistently for several days until the job was complete. They cleaned up very well and came back the next day to touch up an area that needed it without complaint. They were very pleasant to work with.
