This was a brand new Lennar home that every time the owners turn on the heater It would pop a breaker. We called out the A/C Company four times every time they replace the breaker. Simon went out there one time and found that it was a wire that was loose. Corrected the problem thank goodness for honest and dependable workers like this company saves us time and money
