"We were called out to hook up a water line and that?s exactly what it says on the Home Advisor work order. Upon arrival the customer added tasks. He had tried to move a used fridge he had purchased in his house and in the process had ripped out the water lines trying to squeeze it through the door. Also, the doors had been taken off and not reassembled correctly. We hooked up the water line as requested, fixed the doors, and unhooked the power to the dispenser so he would not flood his house. Gary agreed to the charge of $150 and paid with a credit card. Several days later we received a dispute through our credit card processing company stating we did not perform any service! We sent the processing company the signed receipt stopping him from stealing. We are fair and honest and expect the same from are customers!
