Apex completed a *repair* on a leak on the dishwasher for our home for the previous owners, a month before we even saw the house. When we moved in a couple months later, the dishwasher still leaked, and Apex would not stand by it, so we had to go through the warranty company to get a different repair company to actually fix it correctly. They informed us that Apex had put everything in backward and had a really hard time getting it fixed correctly. Fast forward 4 months, half of our stove top goes out, and the warranty company contracts Apex to come to fix it. They promise to be out 2 business days later between 3 and 5 PM. I took a vacation for half a day to make sure I was there when they were, and I get a call at 4:55 PM that they will not make it. So I set it up for 6 days later between 4 and 6 pm. This time I get a call at 5:30 PM that he is running late but would still come. He showed up around 7 PM and did not take long to diagnose that the circuit is fried and that he would send the diagnoses in the morning to the warranty company. It is now 12 days since then and my warranty company and I have not been able to get a hold of them for the diagnoses. I am now approaching a month without half my stove top working. In the future, I will be requesting all warranty work be done through literally anyone else and will be personally avoiding them beyond the warranty period. Apex actually canceled the work order with he warranty company and I didn't know that for 5 days which by the time I need to schedule a new service to come out and complete the work. I have since been informed that it is Apex's MO to take warranty co-pays pretend to do a diagnosis and then never return to complete the work. How they continue to stay in business, I don't understand.

Parts will probably not be available locally usually. Expect delays in getting it fixed. Tariffs have also doubled the cost of repairs.

I called for a dryer repair on Thursday and they were there on Friday. They already had picked up the parts needed based on information they asked of me at the time of booking the appointment. That was key! They were on time, professional, and had my machine humming like brand new in no time at all. And, my service person cleaned up afterward and I could not be more pleased with the work. And, all things considered, the price was very reasonable. I hope I don't have any other appliance repairs needed anytime soon, but if I do I know who to call, APEX!!!
