Apex Appliance Repair

as you already have been informed by my husband and I, Mr. Davis came assessed the problem and took a check in full for over 300 dollars. He then proceeded to stall on correcting the problem which he claimed were the elements. He then did not return calls. I then contacted you and left messages as did my husband. He never came, did not return calls, cashed the check. You were very supportive to us in terms of attempts to resolve. We called another company in; it was fixed after much diagnosis and there were only minor wirings necessary to repair the oven. I would rate Johnathan Davis as less than a zero; the 1 star rating is inaccurate

Very Honest and reasonably priced. He had to come back two seperate times due to a complication with installation. He could have been more punctual those other times but the job got done.

I was very pleased with Johnathan fixing my stove. I thought the price was a little high for his hourly rate but all in all I was pleased. I also wanted him to look at my dryer but he forgot. I also forgot to remind him but again, he forgot. He was quick to get the part on the same day so that was great!

I was told that in order for the project to be given a priority/emergency status, I had to pay incash/check and not credit card. So I did pay upfront the total bill including the diagnostic fees only to have the project delayed and stretched out over a weekend. I had to keep on following up with phone calls and recieved excuses after excuses from bad traffic to another client emergency call. Very disappointed. The problem with the freezer repeated after a few days. We had a hard time getting Apex back. We ended up getting another repair man.

He came out on a holiday to repair my refrigerator I though that was great. He repaired it and it's been working great!
