I hired Justin to repair my ice maker and installed the part and charged me $200, he came out again and said that I needed a couple more parts and charged me another $342 for parts and would not charge me for labor, this has been going in for over 30 days now, the ice maker leaks water and does not freeze

Phenomenal service!!! I would give MORE than 5 stars!!! I have to say having chose Apex Appliance through Home Advisor was meant to be for me. He was a BLESSING TO ME and my family!! I found his straight forwardness to be a true and rare quality in today's society of business owners. Apex Appliance made me feel like they were not all about just the almighty $. My issue was my dryer was not heating, but with his industry knowledge he helped me come to a conclusion and decide what I was able to do with MY budget and not his. He in no way pressured me on ANYTHING! I will definitely use their services again without hesitation! VERY grateful I chose this business for my home repair needs!! My call was at the end of his VERY long day and he still came to my home to help me! He was STILL friendly and professional!! I just can't say enough great things for this business!!

Justin from Apex was a lifesaver! My refrigerator died..2 days before Christmas. Justin came out, quickly found the problem, and after getting the part I needed got it up and running. He even called me the next day to make sure everything was going well. Very friendly and personable. I've never had to have a fridge repaired before...but this was a very nice experience considering!

Justin did a great job. He was very honest about what needed to be done to the washer and the dryer. He even said we could wait to have the dryer services, but I really didn't want to hear the noise. I would recommend Apex and I will use them again for any appliance repair.

Justin was here twice and unable to repair our washing machine. He was supposed to return again with an ordered part he believed would repair the problem.. He told me he was anxious for the part to arrive so he could finally fix the washing machine. We arranged that he would come over by 10:30 today. Got a call he would be 40 minutes late. Three hours later he is still not here and not responding to calls or text messages.

As our company depends on our technicians, I'm sure you can understand the importance of their health to us. He is back in the field now and has contacted you about this matter, in which you stated that you became impatient and called someone else out, otherwise we would have resolved the issue. I had Justin with Apex Appliance to work on my refrigerator about a month ago Justin came he was very prompt but now that I'm having warranty issues I am not being able to reach him, he has set an appointment with me twice and did not show, I have text him too with no response

"We do apologize for the inconvenience. As there was no part purchased or installed, the only thing that is covered under warranty is the labor. We could have a technician come out at no charge, but you would be required to incur the cost of any part or parts needed to fix the issue. After discussing the issue further, the company will refund you the $65 you were charged for the service."

They came to repair an icemaker and charged $250. They told me they needed to order a new part and they put it in and it is not working. He kept telling me would return. Still has not shown up today.

Another repair service could not figure out the wiring. Justin was very responsive and repaired the appliance with no problem. Would definitely use them again.
