They came to the rescue the same day and took care of the problem! My carpets actually looked better than when they were brand new!!! Thank you for the excellent service! They worked with my crazy schedule changes because of delayed closing on a home. They got me scheduled on a last minute tight notice and came late in the evening to get my carpets cleaned. Very friendly, prossesional and accomidating during the scheduling. They did a fantastic job on the carpets, they look great and exactly what I wanted. I would hire them again without hesitation, and I will request the same technician. His friendlness, professionalism and work ethic is the face of the company and he was beyond reproach.

I was contacted almost immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. They were late but called me to inform of that. The tech was just as nice as could be and worked as professional and fast as he could. The carpets looked great, but I'm suspecting the people who lived there before had animals in the house as it still has a bit of an odor that still remains, but it is much better then it was.

Left stuff stuck to the carpet , left edge also clean my tile well that's what he said corners not cleaned under cabinet s not cleaned piles of water left standing had to m op the floor ,carpets very wet was still wet the Nextel day , also want the check made out to him not the company and when I ask for a reciept said they do not have one but he could make me one very unprofessional

We are VERY cautious who we allow into our home. Apex was very professional and the service they provided was top notch. The young man who cleaned our carpets was very sweet and was worked very hard and was timely. But, he did not rush the job as I have seen others do. We had a lot of pet stains on our carpet and an area rug. We also had professional maid service in the house at the same time, and he worked around them without any complaints. I will request him personally next time, and we will continue to use this company as long as they provide this kind of service.

I had an appointment for 9 a.m. and at 9:30, no one had shown up so I called the owner, asking if there was a problem. He checked with the technician who was scheduled to do the job and called me right back to let me know that the technician had been sick all night, but that he would schedule another person to come late afternoon. He apologized and said that I would not be charged for the service. After a long day, the young man who came to do the job arrived cheerful, helpful and again apologized for the inconvenience of not being there that morning. Not only did he refuse a tip or any other payment, he looked at other rooms in the house that I hadn't obtained a bid on, and cleaned every single carpeted room. The work was well-done, but more importantly, his attitude was great. I highly recommend this company!

The person who came to clean my carpet (no upholstery cleaning) was very nice and friendly, efficient and did a good job (it had been quite awhile since my carpet had been cleaned).

Very courteous. They did a great job minus moving the one sofa I couldn't relocate. Turned out very nice; I had auto grease tracked in.

The previous owners had cats and we were a little worried about that. Since my husband is allergic. But with getting the carpets cleaned he hasn't had a problem.
