Apex Cleaning Pro's

He left smears and did not clean the screens. Had to borrow our ladder to reach a higher in single story home.

Allie was the pro they sent. When I spoke with her by phone prior to her working for me, she told me that she was the owner of APEX. With that info, I felt confident that it would be a good experience. It was not. She was not good at doing detailed work. For instance, she was not at all adept at cleaning water faucets and surrounding areas. She missed dusting several parts of furniture. But, the worst of it came when she scrubbed my kitchen floor and left it so wet that it dried with water spots all over it. So, now I have to redo the kitchen floor. I would not recommend Allie to anyone. - Jan B.

Mario was very thorough and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets! He is very friendly and personable and also professional!

We have 22 year old barber carpeting...showing some wear and he was able to take at least 18 years off that age. The couple stains we had are almost non existent. I would recommend him highly.

Mario and crew were absolutely awesome. I hired them for carpet cleaning at move out time. I was behind in packing the moving truck and cleaning the house. They stepped in and helped me. Heaven sent highly recommend Apex!!!

I have told all I know, this is a 'over the top' company! Every drawer, cupboard, and cabinet were cleaned. Our moving left a big cleaning job and Mario was terrific! Cost was such a deal we had to give a great tip!

Mario spent a little over 2 hours on a job I did not have the equipment for. He knew a few tricks another professional gave up on... and suggested we had to tear into the walls to clear this clog. Not Mario he had the skill to do it and guarantees his work.

Mario was very personable, professional and friendly. Can't beat the service, he went above and beyond and did a phenomenal job of our carpets. They look fantastic. Would definitely recommend Apex and will use again in the future.

I sent an email asking for quote. 30 seconds later he called me, gave the price right then and there, and we made an appointment for a couple of hours later. He came in & did an excellent job. Later he explained the he came to be doing the work cause he is a firefighter and knew how important the job was!

Mario of Apex was so patient and happy to answer all my questions about cleaning our empty, newly purchased house. He and his assistant cleaned our house top to bottom in just about half a day. We have high ceilings and had a lot of dusty wooden blinds, hardwood laminate flooring that I was anxious about, lots of cabinet fronts and shelving, and stainless steel appliances--all were beautifully cleaned. He is responsive and dependable and will do a great job cleaning your home.

Tiles floors were done with dirty water. Windows streaked. But everything else was very good. They worked hard for a long time. Arrived without supplies and had to go get them. Our contact was very industriousness and wanted to do anything to please us. We certainly got out money's worth.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. Attention to detail was very good. We will continue to engage their services.

Didn't dust, didn't clean glass, didn't know how to mop so she didn't even try. Girl wasn't trained at all.
