Recently the AC went out at my rental during one of the hottest weekends, with new tenants just moving in. I got quotes from four different companies and ended up going with Apex. I know the people and the type of work they do, but I really liked how quickly they communicated and that they were able to start the work the same day, which was actually a July 4th weekend. Jojo explained what I needed, gave me different options, and was fully transparent with the pricing. They also had financing options, which is nice for a bigger unexpected expense. Jojo and Josh were super respectful of my tenants and their space, even having to work late to get everything done. My tenants were really happy with them and haven’t had any issues since. Glad I went with Apex and would definitely recommend them. I actually already referred them to my realtor.

The service was fantastic! The turnaround was quick, and they got the job done right away. The owner was genuine, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
