Basement - Remodel
the remodel of our basement was done nicely and on time. However, we have currently paid for additional work to be done and they are now not returning our phone calls and it appears that they've taken our money.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Jeff West was very attentive and helpful during the beginning stages when he was still trying to get paid, but shortly afterwards, he never came to work and never answered or returned texts or phone calls. He came up with every excuse in the book. The work contract started mid August. We agreed on 8 weeks to complete the job. It is mid January, and less than 10% of the work has been done. It has been over 21 weeks! Also, he starts out claiming you're his priority, but then he then sends one guy over for a few hours a week and moves on to another job. The quality of work is not great either, they didn't even sand before priming. If you want honesty, reliability and quality work done, do not hire Apex Construction!

Two months after engaged, work is still not completed. Extremely poor communication, no updates, and does not respond to requests for when work will be completed. Borrowed new broom to clean up and left with it. Has not been returned.
