Reviews
Write a ReviewExtremely fast service. We called and had someone available the very next day to look. Installation happened within 4 days of the initial call. William was our servicer, and he was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend this place for anyone needing water heater help!
He was professional and quick.
I am in the middle of resolving a customer support issue with Apex. I would have deleted this review but can't see an option to do so. Will update further when issue is resolved.

I did not get a quote was surprised to find out that was going to over 500.00 Imost of the work was done for him. I had no leakage he finished the job and left now itâ s leaking from the water pipe. They also gave me a window of 8:00a.m. Until 1:00 they finally showed up at 4:00 I missed work because of that. So I would advise to never use this company for anything he them he said he didnâ t know why itâ s leaking and then they didnâ t give me a break on the price I also kept texting thru out the day to find out if I was still on the scheduled for today kept being told the would let me know when he would be here yep a day missed work
Ordinarily, I would handle troubleshooting and making simple HVAC repairs. We woke up to an intermittent furnace failure at the most inopportune time possible. It was the same day my wife was set to donate her kidney to her father who was in end-stage kidney failure. So, at 3 am I took to the internet to locate someone who could come out and make the repair while we were at OSU Medical Center for surgery. The appointment was easy to make, but that is the only positive thing I have to say. We were given options at $9K, 3K, and the bare necessities at $1,100. Not willing to spend $1,100 on an old 80% furnace I refused any repairs and was left with a $350 service call. After spending 5 min troubleshooting it was clearly apparent it was a bad flame sensor. A $40 OEM part!!! It would be obvious to even the most green technician that this was the issue. These people are hard selling predators and you should avoid them at all costs.
They worked with me to find a job I could afford. Being on a limited budget.
