We hired Apex exterminating in need of a termite inspection and letter for the sale of our house. Apex was the only company out of 6 companies that we called that priced and gave us the specific service we were requesting. All the other companies we called quoted a "required" expensive service we did not need in order to get the letter. Apex provided great service meeting our request and more importantly for us anyway, integrity! He was also a great resource in giving guidance on a separate pest control issue that came up several days after he gave the termite letter. I have already given his contact information to several people.
