Great company! Fantastic crew! Good morals! Impressive work ethic! Very clean, efficient, and timely! Had some cracking in my bicks and I was concerned none the less. I called 4 different foundation repair companies and I was immediately sold on Apex! There not the cheapest but to my personal experience they are absolutely the best. They told everything I needed to expect on the front end. And much to my surprise they fixed my foundation and bricks in less than a day. Then after all is said and done they have lifetime warranty?s on everything they do! If your having issues with your foundation, look no farther than Apex Foundation Specialist!!!

Upon removing the flooring, I discovered a massive crack that extends from one end of the house to the other. I called Blake from Apex, and he came out a day later. He measured the house, and we discovered that there is significant settling on one end. The end where the settling is has been taking on moisture causing the laminate flooring to swell and buckle. I got a consult with AFS as well to see if their findings reflected Apex. They were identical in findings and process but Apex saved me nearly 25%. Because this house is an investment for my children's future, I decided to go ahead and stabilize the foundation. I followed Randall around and watched the entire process. I could hear how much material went into the voids as it spread out under my slab. It was a really cool experience. Im glad I went ahead and did this because I feel my home is more stable and ready to face many decades of florida elements. One thing I was afraid of was the mess. I assumed this process would coat my walls in more construction dust and there would be massive jack hammers to penetrate the cement slab. Happy to say that was not the case. Randall bored holes and promptly cleaned up the small piles of debris. There wasn't a mess made or left behind. And I'm ready just a couple hours after, to continue putting my floors in. I also have to mention that the passion Randall has for this job shows. He exudes confidence. He's professional, thorough, communicates well, ready to answer all the questions, he is safety minded and paid great attention to details. I feel he went above and beyond the expectation of the job. He grinded and repaired a part of my front sidewalk that was lifted, he said "I'm a dad and I can see this being a hazard for one of your kiddos". I know when I renovate the kitchen and bathrooms I'll be calling Apex out again to stabilize under these areas as well.

Very satisfied with my initial dealings with APEX. Phillip was a pleasure to deal with as well as the crew that actually performed the initwork. No complaints thus far!!

What a pleasure it was to work with Jesse and Randell. Jesse came out, discussed the procedure and the cost and Randell and his team came out and did the job. The job was done to perfection and Randell explained why my decking needed repair and what I could do to prolong the having the same problem. I was notified of the arrival time and how long the job would take.

I would highly recommend giving Apex a try if you haven’t yet. Ian came out to our house to quote some work, he went above and beyond to find the actual cause of the issue. Very professional and knowledgeable. Aaron and Price did the installation. They showed up on time and got it done just as quoted. They were also very professional and respectful. If you need work done around Panama City / panhandle area, I would highly recommend these guys.

Ian helped me look at my driveway and was so helpful and knowledgeable! He even walked around my house and helped me look for foundation signs and concerns. I definitely recommend having him on any type of driveway or foundation project!
