They did a great job. They weren’t the most expensive of the five estimates I got, and they weren’t the cheapest, but I believe they were the most professional. They would have been the cheapest except they used better material.

Vanguard Crawlspace is reliable, honest and operate with integrity they are also locally veteran owned. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for foundation/crawlspace work around here. Ryan and Josh always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, and provides me with all the options available and I might say the price was way better than I expected. Ryan and Josh does excellent work and I could not be more pleased with the work he has done on my home my floors where squeaking and had lowspots but not anymore!! They also took care of my moisture problems and remediation of some mold the right way. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you again gentleman!

Vanguard was the most professional, detailed and affordable company we called. 7 companies came out and not a single one took as much care in their inspection as Ryan did we felt safe and secure using them and the outcome was even better.
