Apex Garage Doors, LLC

This POS Kyle just steals your money and runs!! Long story short we ended up filing lawsuit against Kyle. Literally he just took our money and we never saw him again. Gave excuses for months. Our lawsuit won outright. Lean on his home and forced to pay us back! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY UNLESS YOU LIKE TO GIVE MONEY AWAY TO A LOWLIFE POS!

Kyle Hansen and his company, Apex Garage Doors, are the definition of unprofessional and unreliable. After paying him in full in November 2023, he repeatedly did not show up for appointments and failed to communicate for months. When the doors came in, later than he said they would, he notified us that he ordered the wrong color and promised to have them professionally painted. When he finally showed up in May, we discovered the doors were far from professionally painted. Every panel had overspray, and the paint was still tacky in some places when he installed them. We expressed our disapproval based on what he promised, and he offered to order replacement doors to make it right. We went through another round of no-shows and excuses and as of November 2024, have given up. I guess we are lucky to have doors at all. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely DO NOT his this business for your project. Kyle Hansen took our deposit then no called/no showed his schedule appts to install twice then on the third scheduled appt he claimed he didn't have the correct door. We've requested our money back and he is ignoring texts, phone calls and emails. Dishonest, no integrity- even claimed his mother was in a horrible accident as a reason to not show up. We've had to hire a different business to finish our garage door.

Great people doing great t

Kyle was awesome! Had our garage doors up and running smoothly again in no time! We would hire him again without hesitation!!

On time, knowledgeable, good work, and quick.

Kylie was amazing and offered a price lower than his competitors. He didnâ t show up and try to sell me more than I needed. I would highly recommend Apex to anyone!

Price was very good and service was amazing, Highly recommend them.

Kyle was fast, friendly and came out to do the install as agreed upon...very satisfied!!

My spring broke in the evening and I requested a quote; Kyle quickly responded with some questions about the door and walked me thru the process of getting my car out. He quoted me an equitable price for the repair and was at my home the next morning. I would highly recommend him for your garage repairs.

Make sure you get a quote from apex. You will not be disappointed ! Excellent quality and service !

Kyle was amazing. He was quick problem solver!

Kyle did more than expected and more than he had to. I was thankful for his approach and helping me out. I would recommend using Apex Garage Doors to anymore needing a garage repair and construction person.

I've used him for several jobs as a contractor. He honors his pricing, easy to work with, and gets the job done when he says he will.
