When its nearly as hot inside as it is outside and you have kids, one of the worst things to face is having to wait a week in 112 Degree Heat to have your AC replaced..Unfortunately my options and finances were limited so I didn't know what else to do but wait. Thankfully my neighbor happened to be out and about that day during the midst of my crisis and told me about Apex since that's who they use. So I made a couple calls and wound up with a brand new ac unit almost a day later. Didn't cost nearly as much as the other companies id called and the technician they sent out to fix it was more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure me and my family were taken care of. I have a few other issues I need fixed with my place eventually, but when the time comes ill definitely be calling them again.

Technician took almost 4 hours to do half an inspection and replace one thermostat. Within 20 minutes of being at my house he said I needed to buy a whole new unit. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
