My initial contact with Apex was very professional, all the work to be done was explained in detail. The workman did a perfect job; prompt and efficient.

I hired them to install a fence with a gate going across my driveway. Initially I was pleased. I paid in cash and wrote them a 5 star review. Well, forward two months. My fence is warped. So much so that the latches on the gate won t even touch. I called them to repair it. And called them. And called them. They finally got back to me after 3 weeks after my we expressed how upset we were. The owner came out speedily after that and now it seems that the fence is on its way to being repaired.

they were able to give me a quote very quickly and the price was great. I let them know it needed to be done before close of escrow in 2 weeks. they called me a couple of days later and let me know one of their projects was delayed so they could do it that day of it was convenient. The gentleman who did the work was excellent. He replaced my deteriorating pony wall that was holding up a corner of the roof on my porch safely. It came out gorgeous I wish I would have thought to replace it when we bought the house instead of selling it. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat

Our initial project desires exceeded our project budget, but they were able to recommend changes and ideas to scale the project to fit our budget and needs. A few issues came up during construction, but the communication was excellent; the crew was always able to present multiple solutions to each issue. We are very happy with the outcome. The deck and fence are beautiful and very good quality. We would definitely hire Apex again.
