Exceptional customer experience. A short notice need for an WDO inspection had me scrambling, Apex had immediate availibility, and competitive pricing. Further, the initial interactions over the phone with the office staff and technician were pleasant and professional, but John Sparks the inspector who came right out, is who specifically impressed me so much, that I had to come and make sure I dropped the most positive review I can offer. Not only did I get the needed inspection done right away, but I'm going to be swapping all of my inside and outside pest control, and also my lawn and garden. Extremely pleased.

I'm putting my home on the market and wanted to make sure it was free of termites before listing it. John Sparks called me right away after being alerted by Home Advisor, and we made an appt. He was very professional and friendly, answered some additional questions I had regarding other pests, and did a thorough check, inside and out. He provided me with a report saying there was no sign of termites. I would highly recommend him and Apex!

They're very responsive if there are problems. The tech is a little odd, but in a good way. He's nice and seems to really know his stuff. I've been using them for a couple of years and haven't had a single problem.

The Technician was going to be two and a half hours late due to traffic, that was fine . Then he called 25 minutes after his regularly scheduled time he was on his way. Well I was not prepared , I wanted him to go to lunch but he could not because a termite guy was waiting on him. I ended up canceling the job especially after he did not know where he was going to.
