Signed a yearly service contract with him. In previous years he has kept up to date spraying and checked his rodent traps. Because in 2022 I had a mice problem, which he and his brother took care of. Now his service month has past, again and He is ignoring my phone calls and texts. I needed to tell him about possible issues under my home because I had a leak under my home and the plumber said I have might have some insulation damage. Don?t know if he is still open or what? Been doing business with him since 2022. Like to keep doing business; feel a little sorry about giving this ratting now especially if something happened.

The owner personally came and handled the issue. We had a huge Mexican wasp nest in our front yard. He cut it out of the tree clean and sprayed the entire tree after to prevent more and kill off the remaining few. 10 out of 10. Keeping the business card for any other bug and critter issues.

Needs to gear up Only sprayed house and they struggled under house spraying. Did not spray the yard which is needed.

The two gentlemen who responded were courteous, knowledgeable and inspected all our property. They removed the evidence and left their card saying if we see the snake to call them and they will come right over. They agreed on the steps to deter it. We were very pleased.

It was 2 brothers. They were quite knowledgeable about raccoons in the attic were able to find the entry spot and controlled it they followed up with phone calls to be sure the animals had not gotten back in Very professional
