Altogether they did a good job. Had to have it looked at cause of a leak. They sent guys out, and they said the pipe used was outdated and it would have costed more money even though it should have been included in the services to replace.

They installed a new septic tank to my house that I had purchased last July. They showed me pictures of the septic tank and it had been filled full of roots in the old tank. The lateral lines that were connected to the septic tank as well had roots in them and they were rootbound and Apex was aware of it, however they did not tell me. They said they installed all new pipes. After going under my house I discovered they did not. In fact, the few they did install, they never took the old one's out. The very worst thing though, other than taking advantage of me and my mom, was that they did not fix or replace the lateral lines, and they were aware that they were filled with roots and would not work, but never did bother to tell me. They left it a terrible mess and I smelled a septic smell ever since they left last July/August 2017. They as well did not put a vent trap for the tub underneath of my house which made gases come up through the tub because it was connected to the toilet, which made my house stink horribly. $16,000 plus my mother was told we owed, so we paid Apex in full. I had to turn around and hire someone else to do it all over again and they had to put my lateral lines in my front yard, this costing me over $12,000 already paid in full. I learned APEX plumbing do not do what they say and only tell you what they want you to know. It is perfectly fine to go out and make a living, everyone should, but not go out and take advantage of people just because you can or just because there's two women that you think you can take advantage of because they may not know any better, and we didn't. I'm getting all records together and after the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General, I'm going to do everything in my power to make them reimburse my elderly mother. Shame on them!!! Watch out!!!

"This doesn't make any sense at all, if we knew the lines had roots in it why wouldn't we quote replacing them for more business? I can not see under the ground so I'm not sure how you think we knew there was roots in them. When we replaced the septic system and had the inspector out she didn't even know what the existing system was like. You had just moved in and had not used the septic system enough to be able to assess the leaching lines. You also were not billed nor did your mother pay for anything to do with leaching lines. And just to be nice I came out and did the septic evaluation with my equipment for free."

Do not hire! Staff is not trained. Overpriced for this area. Cleaned sewer drai. And it was backed up again within one week. He said the line was fine but it needed to be replaced. I had to pay someone to clear drain again and also pay for new sewer line

"Donna, I am sorry for your frustration, but our tech did notice that your clean out was not properly installed or connected. He relayed this information to you and was told not to install a proper clean out. He cleaned the line and then put the original, improper clean out back in place as requested by you. He also informed you that Apex Plumbing Solutions would not be responsible for the old clean out. This is all noted on the invoice which you signed. After three trips to our home to fix a leak, and buying parts, ended up replacing the fixture because the leak couldn't be resolved. Would have been less expensive and less frustrating to just be told to do the replacement to begin with. That said, I know others would rather try a fix first rather than replace. We'll call on them again.

They charged me for mileage to and from my house and did not tell me this when they quoted the estimate. They left a mess in my flower bed. I felt like I was cheated and over charged. I will never use them again.

"we came out and snaked the line like you asked, the sewage in your mulch was there from the back up. We even came back out and cleaned it up even tho it wasn't our fault. I even offered to let you come back and look at our GPS system for the vehicles to verify the time was on site. Im not sure what your unhappy about? We cleaned everything like you asked. We offered to show the evidence of our time on site. Please let me know what we can do to make you happy."

Tankless Water Heater - Install
The were efficient and thorough. They saved us a great deal of money because they were able to do the electrical as well as the plumbing work required for our project! Not many companies offer this.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
No warranty left for waterheater. Requested warranty and pan that goes under the waterheater several times. 1250.00 for 40 gallon heater and labor but that's our fault. Should have gotten more estimates.

"We provided a quote with the option to get quotes from anyone else. This was also not a normal water heater, which costs more then normal water heaters. We also installed new piping and shut offs which also changes the price of a normal water heater install. i also warned the customer that the home owners insurance would not cover the cost of the water heater or water heater change out. I believe this not being cover by the insurance is what caused this negative review. The warranty is also recorded by the serial number no registration is needed and the warranty papers are always stuck to the side of the water heater."

When I first called Apex plumbing, I had one clogged kitchen drain. A few minutes later, the other drain stopped working. I called Apex a second time, only one hour after the first call, and they sent a man to fix the problem within an hour. Great help. The Plumber knew what he was doing. He had a power driven drain snake that went where I didn't think it could go. He fixed the problem. I'd certainly call them again.

I received very friendly customer service. They were very prompt in setting up a time to look at the work that needed be done and getting back with me for a estimate. They were also very good about setting up a time and completing the work that needed to be done. It was a rental home so I was not able be there to see the work but they sent pictures and my tenants said they did a very good job. I feel there price was fair and they keep me informed of what was going on and I would hire them again. Thank you Zach and all others that performed the work.

They did show up when others said they would then didn't and of course did not call. Seems to be the way in this town. Very friendly and very focused on their work. They took the time to find the source of the problem. So far so good. I had them come back the next day to complete an installation no less than 4 other plumbing agencies had never completed. Joe and Charlie were a good team. I did have to call twice to ensure they were still coming. Have other plumbing projects I would like completed and I am glad to finally find plumbers that show up.
