"This doesn't make any sense at all, if we knew the lines had roots in it why wouldn't we quote replacing them for more business? I can not see under the ground so I'm not sure how you think we knew there was roots in them. When we replaced the septic system and had the inspector out she didn't even know what the existing system was like. You had just moved in and had not used the septic system enough to be able to assess the leaching lines. You also were not billed nor did your mother pay for anything to do with leaching lines. And just to be nice I came out and did the septic evaluation with my equipment for free."
"Donna, I am sorry for your frustration, but our tech did notice that your clean out was not properly installed or connected. He relayed this information to you and was told not to install a proper clean out. He cleaned the line and then put the original, improper clean out back in place as requested by you. He also informed you that Apex Plumbing Solutions would not be responsible for the old clean out. This is all noted on the invoice which you signed. "we came out and snaked the line like you asked, the sewage in your mulch was there from the back up. We even came back out and cleaned it up even tho it wasn't our fault. I even offered to let you come back and look at our GPS system for the vehicles to verify the time was on site. Im not sure what your unhappy about? We cleaned everything like you asked. We offered to show the evidence of our time on site. Please let me know what we can do to make you happy."
"We provided a quote with the option to get quotes from anyone else. This was also not a normal water heater, which costs more then normal water heaters. We also installed new piping and shut offs which also changes the price of a normal water heater install. i also warned the customer that the home owners insurance would not cover the cost of the water heater or water heater change out. I believe this not being cover by the insurance is what caused this negative review. The warranty is also recorded by the serial number no registration is needed and the warranty papers are always stuck to the side of the water heater."
